SPICE simulation of a non-linear passive two-terminal component where voltage and current are linked by a non linear relationship. its resistance changes based on past history, on the voltage the device has seen in the past. This simulation models the I-V hysteresis effects when the memristor is driven with a sinusoidal voltage. These devices are being developed for application in nanoelectronic memories.
