  • Infrared Radar with IR sensor on a Servo Motor

Created by Hobbyman, published on 01-11-2012

A distance measuring sensor is mounted on a RC servo motor. a microncontroller PIC 18F458 drives the servo motor turning the IR sensor for a scan of 180 degrees. The sensor generates a voltage proportional to the distance to the measured object. The PIC measures the voltage and draw a radar screen on the LCD display.

  • Infrared Thermopile Detector Amplifier

Created by TINADesigner, published on 03-04-2012

voltage amplifier of a S60M thermopile infrared detector voltage. This sensor is optimal in non-contact temperature and gas analysis. The amplifier is implemented with a CMOS autozero OPA335.The frequency response and noise analysis are compared between a conventional R-C feedback filter and an additional pole.

  • Infrared Detector for TTL and analog signal

Created by TINADesigner, published on 16-10-2011

Infrared detector can switch between TTL and analog detection. The first stage, implemented with TL071 and TL072, amplifies the received signal. The TTL signal is detected by a LP311 and analog signal is detected by a cascade of TL072.

  • Infrared Transmitter for TTL and analog signal

Created by TINADesigner, published on 15-10-2011

Infrared transmitter can switch between TTL and analog source. The TTL signal supplies a LP311 low power differential comparator. The analog signal supplies a TL071 op amp configured as voltage follower. Both devices drive a PNP transistor current amplifier that supplies infrared LED.
